Esco's 1st Annual Global Meeting - 2011

Representatives from the different Esco global offices - USA, UK, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, India, Bahrain, and Bintan-Indonesia - flew in to Singapore to attend Esco’s first ever Annual Global Meeting held last 11-13 August, 2011.

The main objectives of the meeting were to have a focused alignment of what the company hopes to achieve, to share and/or learn from best practices, to improve communication and teamwork, to shape the product road maps, and to shape Esco’s future together as one team. These were achieved through an open discussion and through everyone’s participation.

A two-day factory visit was also included in the program which gave the participants the opportunity to see products in development which are yet to be launched. This allowed them as well to provide feedback and suggestions on how our products can be improved in order to provide our customers the best solutions. The three-day meeting ended with a sumptuous dinner back in Singapore.

Overall, the event was a success with the participants feeling more confident in Esco, now equipped with more knowledge of our products and services, with better strategic plans, and more importantly, having the same vision, globally.
